Is there research on the Mindcept formula itself?
No study tests the Mindcept formula as sold. Research exists on single ingredients, done with other products at other amounts.
The FTC says a health claim generally needs human trials of the same product (FTC, Health Products Guidance). Only spermidine has a memory trial, and its main memory result showed no change (Schwarz 2022, Spermidine in older adults (RCT)). The other three names were studied for digestion, hunger or the glucose peak after a sugar drink.
