Mindcept Ingredients List: 4 Names, No Amounts

Quick answer

The Mindcept ingredients named on the sales page are baobab fiber, L-arabinose, spermidine and konjac glucomannan. No amount is printed for any of them, and the supplied label images show no ingredient list at all. Three are fibers or plant sugars and one is a polyamine. Only spermidine has a memory trial.

The list01

What are the Mindcept ingredients?

The Mindcept ingredients named on the sales page are baobab fiber, L-arabinose, spermidine and konjac glucomannan. The supplied label pictures print no ingredient list, so the sales page is the only source for these names.

The names come with no amounts, no "other ingredients" line and no allergen line. If your package has a Supplement Facts panel, read it first. It wins over anything written here.

The groups below show how the four fit together: two fibers, one plant sugar and one polyamine.

Named on the sales page, in its order

  1. BaBaobab fiberFiber · No amount printed
  2. ArL-arabinosePlant sugar · No amount printed
  3. SpSpermidinePolyamine · No amount printed
  4. GmKonjac glucomannanFiber · No amount printed

Names from the seller's sales page. The supplied label images print no ingredient list, so no amounts, no serving size and no "other ingredients" can be shown.

Amounts03

How much of each ingredient is in Mindcept?

The amount of each ingredient in Mindcept is not printed on the supplied label images or on the sales page. Without it, nobody can say whether the bottle holds a study amount.

The table lists what each ingredient was studied at. These numbers describe other products in other trials. They are not a claim about Mindcept, and nothing is compared with them.

The 4 ingredients the sales page names. The supplied label images print no ingredient list or amounts. "Amount used in research" is what a study used for that ingredient alone, not what Mindcept contains.
Name on the sales pageAmount printedAmount used in researchHow it comparesEvidence for memory
Baobab FiberNo amount printed15 g of baobab fruit extract in one smoothie in a 20-adult hunger study; a few small glucose-response studies in healthy adults (Garvey 2017, Baobab and hunger) (Silva 2023, Baobab and glycemia (review)) (Pfukwa 2026, Baobab fruit pulp (review))No amount is printed, so no comparison with a study amount can be madeWeak for memory: a 2026 review found mostly lab and animal work and only six small human studies, none on memory
L-ArabinoseNo amount printed7.5 g with 50 g of sucrose in a 12-adult trial; up to 4% of a 75 g sucrose drink in a 15-man trial; no effect when added to mixed meals (Krog-Mikkelsen 2011, L-arabinose and sucrase) (Pasmans 2022, L-arabinose with sucrose (RCT)) (Halschou-Jensen 2015, L-arabinose in mixed meals)No amount is printed, so no comparison with a study amount can be madeWeak for memory: trials measured blood sugar after sugary drinks, none measured memory
SpermidineNo amount printed0.9 mg a day (wheat germ extract) for 12 months in a 100-adult memory trial; 1.2 mg a day for 3 months in a safety trial; 40 mg a day for 28 days in a 37-man safety trial (Schwarz 2022, Spermidine in older adults (RCT)) (Schwarz 2018, Spermidine safety (3-month RCT)) (Keohane 2024, Spermidine 40 mg a day (28 days)) (Ma 2025, Dietary spermidine and cognition (NHANES))No amount is printed, so no comparison with a study amount can be madeThe only one of the four tested for memory: the 12-month trial found no change in its memory test; food-intake studies are observational
Konjac GlucomannanNo amount printed2 to 4 g a day in the weight studies reviewed; an 8-trial analysis found no significant weight loss; an 11-trial analysis found about 7 mg/dL lower fasting glucose that was not robust (Onakpoya 2014, Glucomannan and weight (meta-analysis)) (Keithley 2005, Glucomannan: a critical review) (Jazinaki 2026, Glucomannan and cardiometabolic markers)No amount is printed, so no comparison with a study amount can be madeWeak for memory: studied for weight, blood sugar and cholesterol, none for memory

A supplement with a "proprietary blend" may list only a total weight (21 CFR 101.36, Proprietary blends). Here even that is missing from the supplied images. Ask for the full Supplement Facts panel before you buy, or read the one on the package you hold.

Research04

Is there research on the Mindcept ingredients?

Yes, on single ingredients, but mostly not about memory. Spermidine is the only one with a memory trial, and that trial found no change in its main memory score (Schwarz 2022, Spermidine in older adults (RCT)).

Konjac glucomannan was studied for weight and blood sugar. An analysis of eight trials found no significant weight loss (Onakpoya 2014, Glucomannan and weight (meta-analysis)). L-arabinose lowered and delayed the glucose peak after sugary drinks, but not when added to mixed meals (Pasmans 2022, L-arabinose with sucrose (RCT)) (Halschou-Jensen 2015, L-arabinose in mixed meals).

A 2026 review of baobab found only six small human studies and said clinical efficacy has not been established (Silva 2023, Baobab and glycemia (review)).

Before you start05

Are the Mindcept ingredients safe with medicines?

It depends on what you take. Fibers can slow how some medicines are absorbed, and plant sugars and fibers were studied for blood sugar. Ask a doctor or pharmacist first (NIH ODS, What You Need to Know).

Fiber can also cause gas, bloating and cramps when added too fast (MedlinePlus, Dietary fiber). Keep taking prescribed medicine, and never change it because of a supplement.

Sudden confusion, trouble speaking, face drooping or a sudden severe headache: call 911 (CDC, Stroke signs and symptoms). Memory changes that disrupt daily life deserve a doctor's visit (Mayo Clinic, Memory loss: when to seek help).

FAQ06

Mindcept questions people ask

Is there a full Mindcept ingredient list?

Not on the supplied label images. They show only the bottle front. The sales page names four ingredients with no amounts. The full list is on the Supplement Facts panel of the package you hold, if it has one.

Does Mindcept contain vitamins?

None are named. The sales page lists baobab fiber, L-arabinose, spermidine and konjac glucomannan only. Baobab fruit is known for vitamin C, but no amount of it is printed for this product.

Is spermidine in Mindcept the same as in the memory trial?

That cannot be known. The trial used a wheat germ extract giving 0.9 mg a day, and Mindcept prints no spermidine amount or source. Its main memory result did not change after 12 months.

Are the Mindcept ingredients natural?

The label says "Natural Ingredients". That word is not a safety finding. Plant-based fibers and sugars can still cause stomach upset or interact with medicines, so read the warnings on your package.

Does Mindcept contain caffeine or stimulants?

None are named on the sales page, and the supplied images print no ingredient list. Check the Supplement Facts panel on your package, and ask your pharmacist if you are sensitive to stimulants.

Which Mindcept ingredient has the most research?

Konjac glucomannan has the largest body of trials, but they study weight and blood sugar, not memory. Spermidine is the only one with a memory trial, and that trial was a single, small study.

Does Mindcept list other ingredients or allergens?

Not on the supplied images. No other-ingredients line and no allergen statement is printed there. If you have an allergy, read your package or ask the order desk before use.
